Yeah, don't forget that APS HQ can't be too far away from where we dock the pirate-suppression vessel.

I thought that we were getting an old deep water oil rig for that....

:bows:

As we have avaiters and a couple know how to fly helicopters, we can easiler fly out pirate hunting crews and support staff for shifts on the oil rig.

I am leaning more toward MrsSmith's idea of buying an island.  Better weather, we can still have our Nuke Plant and Space Program (might even be better for the space program if we are nearer to the equator), and easy access to go pirate hunting.

I still wish  would could have got that Hugens class ship, we would be all set....

Yeah, but there is just something about having an old west style town that suits us so well...

100 guys and 3 women - that would be about right for an old west town ;)

Problem is those 3 women will probably outshoot 30% of the guys and hold their own at the other tasks also.

Ummm, still better off.  IIRC, I don't remember seeing any female Reavers.....

Mrs Smith
Where and what kind of boat?

Below is the SS Sugar Mama, APS's official pirate hunting vessel

Currently she is used to rid the Gulf of Mexico of super dangerous fish species.  Like the delicious but devious mahi mahi.

 >:D

Oh my. Bad case of boat envy! Mine is just an old 17' McKee craft walk-through but I do manage to rid the local waters of as many fish as possible. But since I'm an APS member, does that mean I can come use it? <gives best sweet smile and bats eyelashes>

Solution: Do both. We winter on the island and summer in the badlands. Easy.

Problem is those 3 women will probably outshoot 30% of the guys and hold their own at the other tasks also.

Only 30%?

Set up detours and rob hippies/yuppies.

Now you're talkin'.  Any thoughts on disposing of the bodies?
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

Conservatives see George Orwell's "1984" as a cautionary tale.  Progressives view it as a "how to" manual.

My wife often says to me, "You are evil and must be destroyed." She may be right.

Liberals believe one should never let reason, logic and facts get in the way of a good emotional argument.

Here on my island, we dispose of bodies with a few pieces of lead and some chain, after running about 60 miles offshore of course. No body, no crime.

Come to think of it, don't know why I went to the expense of a divorce. Should have just insured his ass and waited seven years.
