How many women on APS?
« on: April 17, 2006, 06:20:49 PM »
Girls, women, ladies, dames, sisters, whatever is the preferred term.

There seem to be very few women on this forum.  Salukifan is the only one I can think of.  Then again, it can be hard to tell online.

Are ladies few and far between here, and how does this compare to The High Road?

...and you neglected Barbara?  Oh, thou fool.  Barbara is the surrogate Mother of APS...

Quickly now, repeat after me....

Gee, Mom, you don't actually need mentioning,,,you're a given.

Aaah, I am undone!  Barbara is quite active here, is she not.

Sorry, Barb, I actually didn't know about this surrogate momma business.  All I know is, one day the Round Table was gone, and APS was here.  I registered toot sweet, so I could continue the wonderful screaming matches.

Care to explain, grampster?

I'm here.

Yup, girl-person!

(I think Grampster was joking..I post here pretty frequently.)

I know Bermbuster and Uvakat are both women. And Cats Die Now, I think.

Cats Die Now has a great name.  I may change mine to Small Dogs Die Now - can't stand 'em.

Failed to answer the second question:
APS is calmer, slower, quieter. Often funnier. More comfortable & sociable.
If THR were a town hall, APS would be the break room.

Yup, I am female.

I'm not a big fan of the little yippy dogs either, but I swerve my car away from the dogs and towards the cats.

THR is getting a little too political and whiney.  More relaxed here.

Contrary to the belief of some, I am, in fact male.  People tell me my name on here and THR has a decidedly female feel.

We've got seven so far, if I'm counting rightly.  Anybody know how many members we have?

Don't pick on me.  It's hard to type when my knuckles drag on the ground like they do.  I have it hard enough.
