Title: ICE needs a 'hyper-realistic' urban warfare training center

They would like to have one that duplicates parts of Chicago and Arizona.  It will be built at Ft. Benning.

A.training facility shouldn't be that unsanitary.

Because a training facility is by definition a controlled/controllable location, not a free fire warzone.

But it would be "hyper-realistic," plus medical teams would gain valuable experience.

There is a reason why military medical personnel are trained in inner-city emergency departments.  They get to see and respond to trauma before the battlefield.

Given the situation on our southern border, yes.
