...we screw up for real.

State Senator Brian Nieves representin' for Franklin County.

The personal information for every CCW holder in Missouri - mailed to the ATF, with the password for the disk mailed right along with it in the same envelope. So glad I got my permit just in time to be a part of this debacle.

It gives you standing to sue -- or to press criminal charges if he actually broke the law by doing so.

My home county has a rather high percentage of permit holders. I would have to guess that his defense of their privacy and gun rights will be more important to them than some unpleasantries exchanged in email.

I apologize if I confused anyone. By "he" do you guys mean Governor Nixon, or do you mean Brian Nieves? Because Senator Nieves is one of those calling people to account. He did not commit the idiocy in question.
