IL-ANNOY moves to ban the Ruger 10/22 etc.
« on: March 27, 2023, 04:32:24 PM »
Former NRA lobbyist Todd Vandermyde points out the "errors" in pending legislation.  It can be found at IllinoisCarry.com titled "Barnett v. Raoul (3:23-cv-00209) (S.D. Ill. 2023) - NSSF Gun/Mag Ban"  and the link to Page 6 is this - https://illinoiscarry.com/forum/index.php?/topic/81074-barnett-v-raoul-323-cv-00209-sd-ill-2023-nssf-gunmag-ban/page/6/#comments
Read it and weep.

It just keeps getting worse.  In the video above, Todd was pointing out the "inconsistencies" of the language in different parts of the same law.
Now he shows more problems with regard to magazines, shotguns & their extension tubes, and even mini-shells.
