At least love of money is increasing.

Our political landscape is more polarized then in a long time, I could see this impacting views on patriotism.

Having children and money are both functions of decreasing real wages and economic opportunities.

The survey question I'd like to see is "The government owes me (free education, free medical care, free money, free *expletive deleted*it of all kind)"

I bet you over the same time that sentiment has skyrocketed.

Do those hurt?  Yes, but...our birth rate is now lower than is was during the Great Depression.

I think even worse than wages is the decreasing hope for the future, the decline of church, and value we place upon our families.

Could be.  There's probably a lot of different factors impacting it.
