"Southpark" has jumped the shark...

...I'm calling it.  If they can't do anything funnier with conspiracy theorists than "Urinal Deuce", then they are done.  It was a good nine years tho...

I am not sure I agree. The 'World of Warcraft' was very funny. Besides, with so many episodes, probability dictates that some would be worse than others.

Perhaps - but "Urinal Deuce" and "The Passion Of the Jew" were really weak - to me, only the episode with Chef was really good last season.

Yeah, it wasn't a great episode, but I agree with CAnnoneer. The World of Warcraft episode was pretty funny, along with the stuff they did earlier this year, too- The "Manbearpig" one springs to mind.

I thought it was pretty friggin funny, mmmkay.  Mr. Mackey going into detail about whoever dropped a duece in the urinal was classic South Park, as far as I'm concerned.

Manbearpig was outstanding, as was the Warcraft episode.

I thought the "passion" was great, although they went a bit too far ripping on Mel Gibson.

South Park will be fine. I actually thought the Urinal episode was funny. Then again, I also hated Chef and was happy they killed him off. (Of course, I never did like the guy doing his voice. Even if he was a good voice actor.)

I really liked how they harped on the stupidity of the 911 tin foil hat brigade
that was great! iwas LMAO, passion of the Jew was great too, i to wondered why
they bashed mel so much, but maybe they knew something we didn't know.
Mel does kinda come across as anti jew nowadays...

I was a drunk too, been clean and sober for 11 years so i know he may not really feel
that way he just wanted to stir up trouble based on what folks said about him.

but the topic is south park not mel so i digress.

south park still rules and is one of the few watchable things on tv, fox news has been going libby ant gun lately

Isn't that a most peculiar question?

Methinks it's the old "discredit the source to discredit what was said". It is a standard leftist diversionary tactic. That's what was done in that episode - look at how crazy Mel is, so the movie must be nonsense too. AFAIK, what was shown in the movie is historically correct. People should take it as they will.

And Jon Stewart's and Steve Colbert's are just comic shows too... Wink
