When the liberals lose in the marketplace of ideas, they turn to judicial or legislative fixes.  The Propositions in California serve as an example of the judicial remedy.

What's now envisioned by Pelosi, et al, is to return to "equal time", where a talk show host must have an opponent in his studio or on the phone to "refute" the views of the host.  A forced "Hannity & Colmes" style.

The Bill of Rights is merely an impediment to so many of our elected would-be Rulers, as is the rest of the Constitution...

Not to worry!  As supposedly reported by Senator Inhofe, Senators Clinton and Boxer have seen the need for a "legislative fix" for the imbalance in talk radio and are presumed to be working on one. Cheesy

No supposedly about it.  Inhofe was on Neal Boortz today talking about his encounter in the elevator.

Funny thing, Inhofe thinks Boxer is a two-bit player; not worth watching.  He didn't say whether that applied all the time or just in this instance.
