I think they are going to go at least as crazy with ACB as they did with Kavenough, but they are going to lose a LOT of middle of the road people with their attacks on mothers and people who rescue kids from third world orphanages. Many people fell in with "let's get the frat boy". I don't think it will work the same here.

That statement, at its heart an anti-revisionist statement, is going to drive the left absolutely stark raving mad. The left, for years, has depended on the courts to be their policy making organ to get through what they can't get through Congress.

When Gorsuch was going through his nomination process my rep, that toad Gerry Connolly, posted a facebook message that Gorsuch was "too radical" to serve on the court...

Dozens of messages posted to his feed absolutely tearing him apart for that assessment.

Exactly. They don't have any legitimate criticisms of The Glorious ACB, so they are flinging everything. If you see a kitchen sink fly by, you'll know why.
