Posting a word document on here?

Can someone explain to an illiterate old man how to post a word doc on here?  I have tried but can't seem to get it done.

Your best bet is going to be to copy and paste the contents from the doc into a new post.

I'm assuming it is not too long or have graphics.

Copy from Microsoft Word and paste here as a new topic is not working.  I tried saving it as a doc and then pulling it into photobucket but that doesn't work for me either.

I see no "attach" menu item in the message editor, so copy and paste is the way to go.

You cannot attach.  Trydoing a screen capture (print screen button), paste the image into paint, save it, upload it to the intrawebz.

Is it all text, or are there graphics you want to show? If it's the text you want to show, why not just copy into Notepad first to get rid of the line breaks, then paste the Notepad text here.

+1, also kills other stupid word things that end up on the clipboard.

Another option is to upload the document to Google Docs, "print" it to a web address (available from within Google Docs), and then post a link to the virtual web page.
