It's only entrapment if used for law-enforcement purposes.  Besides, if they didn't want to look bad, maybe they shouldn't have, you know, encouraged the establishment of a brothel with multiple underage El Salvadoran sex slaves.

When you're a far left oragization and you get mocked by Jon Stewart, you are in trouble.

And I think that any accusations of breaking wiretapping laws could probably be defended against in light of the journalistic nature of the recordings.  After all, how many times do we see local news shows secretly videotaping shady mechanics and the like.  IANAL, and all, but if I were on a jury I'd vote for the kids who made the videos if there was even the barest of legal permissability.

I guess if your side has legions of lawyers, you use them.

I shall not die alone, alone, but kin to all the powers,
As merry as the ancient sun and fighting like the flowers.

A really stupid move.  Discovery is bad mojo if you are ACORN.
"Men, it has been well said, think in herds. It will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one."
- Charles Mackay, Scottish journalist, circa 1841

"Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it." - John Lennon
