I just came back from a 22 mile bicycle ride, completing it in 1 hour and 6 minutes, with an average heart rate of 148 and ranging from 125 to 172 when I was hammering up the hills.  I am 46 years old.

Last February the doctor giving me my physical looked quizically at my paperwork and said, "You really look good for 62."  I'm actually 49, and hit the big "50" in October later this year.
I corrected her. Apparently the paperwork on me was muddled somehow.  I didn't know exactly what to think about her comment, but it was amusing.
So, almost 50, going on 32 or so.
