In Ohio, criminal Assault (Revised Code 2903.13) is defined as knowingly causing or attempting to cause physical harm to another.  Physical harm means any injury of any degree, so basically an ouchie and up.  Knowingly means regardless of intention, a person acts knowingly if their act is likely to cause a certain result.  So you kick someone's hand, it is likely it's gonna hurt.  Hit the head in the process, you lose.

Long story short, in my world, this guy loses on an Assault charge.

The assault aside, they seem to not care as much about personal property rights there as we do. As in, if this isn't assault, the common consensus up there is, "who cares, it's just a phone." Your addition is misleading for a few different reasons. (your addition in bold)

For starters, you've inserted anti-abortion political violence into the discussion, while leaving out pro-abortion political violence, and other troubling aspects of that movement. So if you wanted to be fair, it would have looked a bit more like this:

But even that wording is not fair, because it suggests that only extremists take a position on either side.

Additionally, it is misleading to refer to abortion providers as "medical workers," or abortion mills as "medical facilities."

I mostly believe him. That guy was acting downright goofy, not very agitated. Even the way he wound up - seemed like he was trying for some sort of ridiculous move that didn't turn out how he planned. But the intent doesn't really matter, because it was a really dumb idea and he did kick her.
