Tactical Coffee Mug

Shouldn't this be an official APS accessory, along with the tactical Christmas stocking?

They have a Facebook page and I have seen these before.  I am thinking of getting one myself, just trying to justify the $250 for it though.  That is more than half towards the new pistol I'm looking at, plus I'm now looking at buying a truck.

If you figure out how to make them cheaper you'd likely sell a few here DM!

The crenelated base is a nice touch. An AR-15 handguard slip ring would also work.

Could probably make one out of an Airsoft BB gun clone.  Or at least get the "not-a-carrying-handle" carrying handle off one.

And just for grins, here's a barbecue lighter I found at Big5:

I'm seriously considering chucking a chunk of aluminium into the lathe.  It'll probably be 80 manhours because my machine tools are all manual, but super cool.

Does anyone know if Dura-Coat is food safe?

$250 is probably reasonable when you consider the amount of work, limited production, etc that this product entails.

I think it's a cool mug but not cool enough for me to buy. Besides, I prefer my gigantic glass mug that I brought for $4 at Wal-Mart.

I was totally expecting the coffee mug with the pistol grip.
