I heard on the news that the government is not going to worry about providing death benefits during the "Shutdown" (IIRC) since Fisher House was taking care of it.

I heard on the news that the government is not going to worry about providing death benefits during the "Shutdown" (IIRC) since Fisher House was taking care of it. 

Now that the House and the Senate have both passed a bill to restore funding for the death benefits program, I really doubt the Prez will veto it.
