YouTube: C-W's Video of the Week!

Very weird, but cool in my opinion. Apparently from 1977, produced by Giorgio Moroder. I'd previously only been familiar with his song "The Chase", that opens Coast to Coast AM, from Midnight Express. I don't really know why I'm posting this here, but I just found it kind of interesting.

The music was alright.  The video seemed to be a 2 1/2 minute video looped three times.  Lame!

I thought that too, but I think I noticed some nuances that are different each time it loops through.

Cultural stuff from the seventies and before interests me. I suppose it has to do with the fact that I haven't lived through these times. I've only seen life from the 1990's onward, and I really don't associate or connect with my generation. The viewpoint of someone who's experienced life back then is undoubtedly different, but for me, looking at old funky stuff like this allows me to put cultural progression and trends in perspective with my generation.  So yeah, I always love digging videos from the sixties and seventies up on Youtube and elsewhere.

And I'm just a highly observant kind of person, I'm not on drugs.  grin
