OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT                                                      
                                                                           
 The government today announced that it is changing its                    
 emblem from an Eagle to a CONDOM because it more                          
 accurately reflects the government's political stance.                    
 A condom allows for inflation, halts production,                          
 destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of                          
 pricks, and gives you a sense of security while you're                    
 actually being screwed.

FWIW - The Republican one is much funnier and represents reality a bit better than the demonrat one does (though that cry baby does make a lot of sense).

Judging from the capitulation to the Left by our so called conservative Republican majority from pres on down, the caricature should be reversed on the Republican seal.
