I'm afraid my inner curmudgeon isn't interested in anything Rob Pincus has to say.

But I am concerned about a couple of the bullet points shown in that summary of the bill at the start of the video. It looks like the VA is going to be chasing veterans' guns again. That's not good.

Almost a decade or so ago my VA Psych Doc signed off on my State Concealed Carry Permit. I am no longer under the care of the Psych department but the VA MAY be aware of my gun related proclivities.
