Cool!   cool

You could feed it in a cage to adulthood, then turn it loose and shoot it.  Cheaper than going on a safari.

There was time that baby crocodiles were a hit with mob bosses in the Holy Land. Then they realized the crocs were becoming huge, and started setting them loose in the Yarkon. Bad idea.

And I thought selling puppies in Bass Pro Shops parking lots was a neat idea.

That is good, but the tiger deal is grrrreat!

Bad idea.  Those Tigers are not made in China.  Can't have that on Wal-Mart property.  Cheesy

But Wal-Mart drove the local mom and pop Tiger Store out of business.

Too bad.....you could special-order tigers at the mom-&-pop tiger shop......at Wal-Mart, you gotta buy whatever is in stock......

...but, you can buy the slightly damaged overruns of tigers at Big Lots.....  grin

Yes but Wal-mart also asks for ID before you can purchase a tiger also.

This probably helps explain the sales of "gangsta" style clothing with the TIGER CHOW label . . .

Or you could release the Tigers into the wild somewhere and then get on Monster Hunters on the History Channel saying some big cat killed your dog.  It would make a better episode than the Alligator Gar show.  They could have at least hooked up with some bowfishing guys for that one.

A local radio news cast yesterday mentioned something about her being the owner of some sort of exotic wildlife ranch upstate.

What I want to know is just how suspicious-looking you have to be to get noticed sitting in a Wal-Mart parking lot. People sit in their cars all the time at those places and no one bats an eye.

I'll start with the caveat that I don't think owning a tiger is a good idea, unless you're a specialist in handling big cats (see Sigfreid & Roy, they were specialists and still had a problem, joe average would be about a million x more likely to get killed by their big cat..) but tiger cubs are definitely pretty cute and cuddly looking.

I remember when I first moved to Texas I was amazed at the fact that roadside sales seemed to be unregulated.

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

That's my question, too.  What is the going rate for black market tiger cubs?
Do males cost more than females?   Are premiums charged for specific stripe patterns or color variations?

I also tried to find an oblique "Only in Texas" comment, but had to give up.
