About time. I saw so many worthless people hired all because they had a P, H, and D after their name, or based on the University they attended, that it was ridiculous. Some were indeed smart and talented, but it was almost luck of the draw, and I saw plenty of talented people passed over for promotions to higher positions - one brilliant and super hard working marine archeologist in particular - because they "only" had a Bachelors, regardless of how much skill they showed on the job.

When I was managing a company I had them do a diagnosis in bugged product. I didn't care if they had four years of college everyone did the same test at the end.
The people with common sense got hired.
