If you think all of this is bad, wait until the 2026 model year cars roll out. Due to a clause in a stimulus package, they’re all required to have a drunk driving prevention mechanism. Includes cameras, and an ability to disable the vehicle if it decides you aren’t driving safely.
My truck already has lane keeping that will beep if you get too close to the lane stripe.  If you do it repeatedly, it puts a "coffee" icon up and suggests you take a break. 
There is also a Toyota app that will collect data.

Cars have been a way to corral and cajole populations since they were invented. I don't see it getting any better with cars getting "smarter"
Maybe a rare occurence, but then you only have to get murdered once to ruin your whole day.
