I'm a filet mignon person.
I don't eat steak or red meat all that much but when I do, its going to be the most succulent medium rare piece available.

I generally order my steak by weight (how much I want to eat).  Dialysis gives me weird cravings.  Some days I want the Ron Swanson Turf and Turf.  or this:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wkf-pb-WHhM




P.S.  Damn you.  Now I want a medium rare Strip steak.   Doc's won't let me get anything less done then that.  My old favorite of "Scared with a Flashlight" has been somewhat retired.
