Hard to have snappy dialogue when your main character is supposed to be vaccuous and empty of any ideas, or programmed to be a false personality that has no connection to other preprogrammed false personalities.



Last I checked....there was more than just one character on the show....and they weren't even dolls....
Impressed yet befogged, they grasped at his vivid leading phrases, seeing only their surface meaning, and missing the deeper current of his thought.

Dollhouse is ... odd.  I'm enjoying the buildup of the overall storyline much more than I am the individual episode stories.  The last few have focused on the big story more than the little stories, and as such have been more interesting.

Here's what Joss Whedon really needs to do:
Make a show starring Willow from "buffy" and Kaylee from "firefly", and all they do is make out all episode.

Damn.  I'd pull up a chair and watch that all day.  From my bunk.   :laugh:
