With resin printers, the fill density makes no difference in the print time, it only affects how much resin you use (and the strength obviously) But if you try to print something too large it can fail if you don't hollow it just from having too much surface area to release properly from the screen. (technically the FEP, not the screen)
I've not hollowed anything yet, the slicer I'm using sucks at hollowing unless you pay for the "pro" version. I wouldn't be totally opposed to that, except it's a subscription service rather than a one-time license fee
I haven't tried printing it yet, I got distracted trying to make a squirrel baffle for one of the bird feeders.
