I wouldn't be surprised if most of St. Louis' issues aren't coming from across the river in East St. Louis.

Don't all of Missouri's problems come from Illinois?

You'd think the cops would just see it as prime hunting grounds.
Their answer was to just remove it. This was well before the cell phone craze too.
