Had to look up BDS compliant

https://bdsmovement.net/what-is-bds
Quote
Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) is a Palestinian-led movement for freedom, justice and equality. BDS upholds the simple principle that Palestinians are entitled to the same rights as the rest of humanity.

Israel is occupying and colonising Palestinian land, discriminating against Palestinian citizens of Israel and denying Palestinian refugees the right to return to their homes. Inspired by the South African anti-apartheid movement, the BDS call urges action to pressure Israel to comply with international law.

BDS is now a vibrant global movement made up of unions, academic associations, churches and grassroots movements across the world. Since its launch in 2005, BDS is having a major impact and is effectively challenging international support for Israeli apartheid and settler-colonialism.

I'm not making claims either way about the effectiveness of the treatment, although I do tend to agree with Nick that if a particular wavelength is effective at promoting healing or reducing pain, simply being in sunlight or other broad-spectrum light source seems like should theoretically give the same kind of benefit.  Potentially far greater benefits if there are other wavelengths that have undiscovered benefits.

I wondered if there was any difference between agitating "knee molecules" by a laser or by a heating pad.  And you can look directly at a heating pad.  <puzzled>

I thought "civilian" towing on interstates (and probably other places) was illegal ITFP.  Main thing about vehicle towing and water skiing is never let the line go slack.

"...They found dead legs in the water system that weren't getting treated properly and switched to a chlorine anti-microbial treatment."

That threw me for a while untul I had my second cup of coffee.  "Dead legs" as in sections of piping.  "Hot leg," "cold leg," "chlorinated leg" and the like.

Jeeze, Terry, wake the ef up!

I knew of a length of watermain installed with a tree branch inside.  Think "kids screwing around on a construction site".  It wouldn't pass testing no matter how much chlorine was pumped in.  They finally localized the zone and dug it up.

I imagine a dead leg would cause the same amount of consternation

"Man, why didn't we take over the food court?" lamented protestor Drake Jones. "I'm so hungry. I haven't had Chipotle in almost eight hours now! Still, I bet the people of Gaza are inspired by our sacrifice."

As of publishing time, the protestors had told onlookers that true communism hadn't been tried and that they were going to start a new, even better collective one building over.

So if a situation arises where you need to run a mother *expletive deleted*er over (such as a mostly peaceful but fiery protest) is this system going to prevent that?

Because if so I can see a nice new tactic that will debut in the always delightful and wonderful inner cities where the upstanding members of society sometimes forget they were on the way to church and accidentally hijack and murder drivers. Only accidentally of course.
