Now, now. We can't draw any conclusions from that.

Were/are the Uygurs threatening the state? Or is it simply that having a religion is deemed to be a threat to the state?

I seem to remember there were a few Uygur (sp) terrorist attacks.

Not comparable that a free society that gave refuge is attacked vs. one committing genocide. The Chinese deserve anything they get from their Muslim or Tibetan populations.
