Now he is suspended for it.  He is saying it was a "joke."

If he was really telling a joke, he'd have said:

"We just finally got rid of Wiener, now we've got Obama being a dick!"

Oh, and I think Monkeyleg should sue Halperin and MSNBC for emotional distress too.
