Il Papa dovrebbe chiudere sua bocca

If it's such a sin to not accept migrants ... exactly how many migrants has the Vatican City (which is a sovereign nation) accepted since Francis became Pope? Of course, if we could ask him I'm sure the answer would be, "But we're different." Sorry, Frank ... what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
I'm disappointed (again), but not surprised. I had hopes for Francis when he was elected as Pope, but he has been a constant source of disappointment from Day One.

Any lingering shred of respect I might have retained for Pope Francis is now officially gone.

Holy Father, a word of advice: better to be silent and be thought a fool, rather than open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Let's send the Catholic church a bill for all the welfare payments and prison costs we incur from illegal immigration... think they would pay it?

My late wife was a Latina. This is the type of "stuff" that caused her to disavow the Roman Catholic church late in her life. She really and truly wanted to be a Catholic -- but ultimately she gave up.
