Happy Birthday to me!  The wife got me a Firefly T-shirt and soundtrack album, and a copy of Serenity.  We haven't seen the movie yet. 

Also, we went to see this guy speak and take questions.

Fistful,

You're gonna enjoy the movie a lot. 

A little different feel than the series; it's faster paced and darker in tone.

Ultimately, you'll come away from it grateful for the continuation to the Firefly story line.

And hopeful for a sequel !

As with the Firefly series, I approached the film cautiously, fearing I would be let down by all the hype.  But on first viewing, I liked it.  It will take a second viewing for me to really get a feel for it, though. 

In any case, I am definitely wishing there would be a sequel.   cheesy
