30 miles this morning, nonstop except for traffic and one "coffee rental return".   I managed a blistering 15.5mph average.  It was rather chilly when I got started at 7:45am. 

My midterm goal is to do an unsupported Century by Spring.  I could probably do it now, but the suffering would be legendary.  If I manage that, I'm going to hook up with the DC Rando group and start doing Brevets. 

This puts me up to 620miles on my road bike for the year (so far).  I'm shooting for 1k miles on the road by the end of the year.  I think I have an additional 400 offroad miles.

Almost forgot, I'm going to Fountainhead tomorrow morning.  Wanna join me?  I'm going to do at least one lap, might go for a bit more depending on how I feel.  My bike's fully rigid now, so I'll be going a bit slower than I normally would. 

I'll be there around 8am.
