Well, that was fun.

I rebuilt a small 2 stroke engine today for the first time.  That was kinda fun.  My dad's weed whacker wouldn't run, bad fuel lines, all gummed up.  We stripped it down, cleaned it all up, and now it runs like a top.

How many extra parts do you have left over?

I usually have a few small pieces left when I try something like that. undecided

Zero!  I thought I was going to have a single screw left, but I located it's proper location just in time.  I did mount the carb upside down at first, though.

You did better than when I disassembled my wife's laptop.  I fixed it, but ended up wit two "extra" screws.

Shhhh!  That's what the price-gouging oil companies don't want you to know.  An upside down carb will double your fuel efficiency.
