http://www.backcountryoutlet.com/. What they do different is post a single item at a deep discount until they're sold out, then they move on to the next item. In the past week, I've purchased a pair of sunglasses for 1/3 their normal price and a Camelback for about half price. They've had lots of other stuff, but I've been strong and resisted.
Much of the clothing is for women since that's what normally sells the slowest, but the other gear is pretty good.
