Granted it is a private school but it is still so wrong.
 
Once again the left doing everything it can to legitimize those that are here illegally and hurt those of us that are trying to do it the right way.

Why not help out a poor student that is here legally?

A private entity, which people are not forced to do business with, is imposing a new fee (which can and should be corrected by the free market if it's so egregious), and that's "un-American?"

That said, a swift kick to the balls of the administrators as you walk out the door to a new school would be in order IMO.

Fee is optional, and one can opt out. It is solely a fee on lazy or stupid people as well as folks that ideologically support the fee, so I fail to see any problem.

Slightly unethical to make it opt out rather than opt in. People do charity for criminal groups all the time. I'm not directly opposed to it either.

They can absolutely choose to do this.  Were I a graduating senior in AZ, I would decline to attend that school, specifically because of that fee.  And I'd make sure they knew it.
