"An unsigned ruling with no dissents" - doesn't that make it a unanimous 9-0? NBC tried hard to avoid saying that. Of course.

Apparently the usual suspects agreed with the ruling and didn't actually dissent, but they seemed to think it was too broad.

AP characterizes it as "sharp disagreement"
