EPA gets heavy-handed wetlands overreach shoved up their behinds 9-0.

That's two 9-0 decisions this week. There normally aren't two 9-0 decisions a session. No lib justice dissent at all on a environazi wet dream regulation? Something is in the water.

However, it was not a 9-0 decision. It was a 5-4 decision, with all nine justices agreeing that the existing law does not apply to the plaintiff's property but four dissenting from the rest of the decision.
