Huh, so I reset the password on the account I created a long time ago and never used and tried to post a FS. Now it's saying I need to authenticate my account by phone?!?! Wtf... Something smells wrong about this  :mad:

You sure you're not trying to post to erotic services or something?  Some of CL's sections require such controls, but the general "For Sale" shouldn't.

some of it is ip dependent.

i know if i post for sale from home, i dont have to log into my account.  I do if i post from work, though.

That may be it Nick, I'm doing this from a work computer.

And yeah, just normal for sale. I am trying to put it in Barter, but I tried a couple of the other FS areas as well just to check.

Unless it started on Monday, they are not doing that everywhere.  I listed something on Saturday and did not have to have an account.
