Dead violent felon with poor judgment is hero of the peoples! Let us gaze upon his image with the pride!

Austin; yeah, pretty much expected that one.
Dallas; could be amusing to watch.
Longview; will probably be one guy standing around in front of the DG for an hour to see if anybody else cares.
Houston; Katrina looters convention.

The dumb *expletive deleted*s are planning one in Kennesaw, GA. Kennesaw is the town is mildly famous for...requiring every resident to own a gun.
-
Closest one to me is 100 miles away :'( (Minneapolis or St. Paul, take your pick)

It would be so wrong to post a fake one, promise that a prominent race baiterwould show up as a guest of honor, then watch the festivities...

I like the picture of when he was 12 or 13 years old. Yeah, that's accurate...

Just like the Trayvon Martin pictures...
Truth? What's that? They don't want the truth, the "community organizers" and the mainstream media wants a race war and will tell every lie in the book to control the narrative.

Hey Fistful and any other Ferguson area residents...shoot for the head. The "non violent protestors" have been acquiring body armor, including breaking into police cruisers to steal high level armor.
(Of course stuff like that isn't getting reported in the mainstream media)

A low proportion of that is rifle rated.
You ARE using a rifle, right?
-
Supposed to be a "demonstration" this Sunday in Grand Rapids, Mi. We live in the 'burbs. We got 2 feet of snow the last couple days and Sunday it's supposed rain heavily. I might just go downtown to watch the idiots get soaked, flooded and frozen.

Ya know, not just everyone has a carbine. I, for example, could bust out my VZ24, but she's not the most practical for every situation.

Shotgun? Slugs will penetrate most armor. Or at least make the wearer regret starting the fight to begin with.

The black militiant groups working on firing up the rioting...lot of this stuff looks like it's out of the 70s, much of it is straight outta the commmunist play book. Maybe Bill Ayers will make an appearance to show them how to build bombs...
http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2014/11/radical-ferguson-activists-put-bounty-out-on-officer-darren-wilsons-head/?PageSpeed=noscript
One of the few silver linings in this is that there is often a lot of noise but not really follow through on this kind of stuff, so it peters out after a while usually, but this could be the event that bucks that trend, especially with the level of crap being spread by the race pimps, militiant groups, the mainstream media, and the usual leftists.
I doubt most of the areas they are planning riots for outside of the St Louis/Ferguson area will actually see any significant action.

Interesting but I'll take it with a grain of salt.
Your last statement, however....excatly why I'm worked up about this one. This has been fermenting for 4 months, and allowed to spread via social media.
The GJ should have been pushed to make the decision quickly. Instead, we'll all be punished for it as the groups have had time to muliply, organize and spread.

Oh, goody. There will be three of these in my state. The nearest, fortunately, will be a bit more than 30 miles from home. They are all on the day of the announcement. Different times, but close enough that they're competing with one another. Brilliant.
And ... Bangor, Maine? I didn't think there were more than a dozen black people in the entire state, and certainly not as far north as Bangor.
Gotta go clean my carry piece(s).

I wouldn't worry too much about satellite riots, especially in areas like Bangor. They aren't near as likely to be well attended (much how like there were OWS sites set up across the country, but most of them quickly petered out) plus local LE and ordinary citizens are more likely to not put up with rioting in many areas, so the "protests" are more likely to be limited to actual protests, if that much.
Ferguson is the center stage, and maybe a few of the other cities (notably large ones controlled by the leftist idiots who love crap like this) will have something going on...
-
Looks like one is planned within 10 miles of my house. Fortunately, they put it right at the Country Club Plaza, which is filled with overpriced shops... I expect any chaos to be focused on stealing things from that area. My drive to work makes a nice arc around that area.
-
Outside of the few "major" metropolitan areas most of those are college towns.
So far nothing in Oklahoma. Closest one looks like Batesville, AR, home to Wal-Mart.
-
I see one in Virginia. And quite a few in North Carolina. By some STRANGE coincidence, these (at least Virginia and North Carolina) seem to be occurring in areas with universities.
How odd.

Those may just be fried chicken, malt liquor, and watermelon parties. (I *love* fried chicken, watermelon, and malt liquor)
-
Closes one to me is going to be in Beavercreek, Ohio (East of Dayton).
-
I see Seattle, Tacoma and Olympia here in Washington. Interesting but not surprising that there is nothing planned in the more conservative areas of eastern Washington.
-

Me, too. There is at least one good soul food establishment within walking distance of downtown. If the rioters torch the place, I say mow down the mob as cultural vandals.
-
Thinking about body armor just makes me want to pull out my SOCOM and make sure it is handy.
I also think some of those people who steal the body armor might be real shocked by how much force is transferred to the body despite the armor.
-

Real Vandals might have done a lot worse.

I used to piss off a roommate on active duty when I told him the two 40's of Ole E weren't for him.

Snipers in Iraq and Afghanistan started targeting the groin area with hopes to take out the femoral artery instead of center mass shots to get around body armor.

One of those rare situations where Dragon's Breath actually makes a pretty good defensive round; they're likely to be wearing warm synthetics under and over the armor.
-
Starting tomorrow AM, I will not be near a large urban center until the day before Thanksgiving. Still going to bring a social shotgun along.
-
So the white kids from William and Mary are gonna protest?
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Driving home yesterday I passed ~25 folks demonstrating with Trayvon and Brown signs. There was one very nervous looking city cop. Tampa has one of those protests planned for the GJ release day, but it's not in an area I ever go.
That said, I pulled some mags out of storage and put them on my plate carrier ready to go. I've got a couple ghettos close enough to my neighborhood that any party could conceivably travel. I don't think that's very likely though.
-
Geez, my fair city is listed for a 6 PM riot, down town. ;/
Even more bothersome, there is a section 8 crack town about a mile away from the casa. Guess I'd best be paying attention, eh? Dang.
-

That bunch will slit your throat any day.
Like I said, I wouldn't worry too much about most of the planned satellite riots, they are likely to amount to a lot of nothing. Ferguson is where it's going down hard.

One can only hope that the verdict is released on Dec 12th, but I think it will be long before that.
http://blogs.seattletimes.com/politicsnorthwest/2014/11/11/i-594-opponents-bringing-their-guns-to-olympia-rally-next-month/
I would bet the I594 group will outnumber the Ferguson Response by quite a bit.

Give them time, I am sure someone will wake up soon and try to organize something.

eta: After a little thought on the subject, it may be easier to organize a Support for Darren Wilson rally. ;)

No. Just no. It's been long enough. Let's have this over and done with.
I don't know how well you folks can see it from your hoods, but all signs are pointing to tomorrow, Sunday the 23th. Lots of rain in the forecast, so why not?

According to the latest, the GJ is convening again on Monday:
http://www.cnn.com/2014/11/22/us/ferguson-grand-jury-ruling/index.html
Maybe they'll announce the day before Thanksgiving. That would be interesting.

The longer they drag it out the more I suspect the GJ is going to indict simply out of fear of what would happen if they didn't.

What they may not realize is that it is going to happen no matter which way the GJ decides. Acquitted = Protest with looting and burning. Indicted = Celebration with looting and burning.
There is no way to get out of this peacefully I am afraid.

That also means there's little risk in doing the right thing. The pressure is actually off if they realize it.
-

That's the direction my jaded self is going. Maybe they won't indict, but the dragging it out is because they simply haven't been able to get evidence to indict and they're doing their darndest to find something. If they'd had clear evidence to indict, they would have done so many weeks ago. The sad part is that without clear evidence to indict, they should have also acquitted many weeks ago. Guilty until proven innocent.

That would be because outside of those universities the good citizens of those states might just shoot some rioters, and the po-leece might not care too much if rioters got shot.
Notice not a one is planned for SC.

the Libs hate SC but for all that I've never heard of any racial issues here, at least not since the civil rights issues.

Benjamin Crump, an attorney for Brown's family, said they are frustrated the prosecutor didn't charge Wilson himself, or at least suggest a charge to grand jurors.
As it is, "you don't have any direction, you're just putting all the evidence out there and you're going to let them figure it out and they can make up their own minds," Crump said. "You know, it just boggles the mind why he thinks this is fair."

Heard this morning that the DA was going to hold off at least 48 hours to report once the GJ came to a decision.
The make up of the GJ is 9 whites and 3 blacks, 7 men and 5 women, I believe I heard it takes 9 votes either way for a decision.
