Economy gains 5.3 million jobs since 2000.

But only for immigrants. (Legal and otherwise).  Native born lose 1.3 million jobs in same period. 

So explain to me again why we need the Illegal Immigrant Amnesty Bill?

In all fairness, a lot of natives are either MA's in underwater basket weaving who lost their cushy executive job and won't stoop to take anything under 6 figures, or welfare queens. And I'm in favor of increasing legal immigration, presuming that we reduce the welfare state that might draw parasitic folks. But the bill in question isn't anything like that so your point still stands.

We need to make a large block of current Democratic voters legal, just in case someone checks.

How about both, welfare for those that don't, millions of new union ballots printed up, don't worry if you can't read it, we'll pick the right one for you for the ones that do work.
