Hypocrisy is pretty common in politics.  People apply it in all sorts of ways. 

I have found that leftists generally always want to have their cake and eat it to.  They criticize everyone else, but go out of their way to rationalize and justify their own actions.  They are not the only ones, but they very predictable.
