Gee, back when I was prosecuting jury trials, I never wore green.  The Bar association put out a report that said that green is viewed psychologically by surveyed jurors as a color associated with dishonesty.  (Blue was the color associated with honesty.  Dark grey was associated with power and respect.)  Maybe that's what he really meant.  Maybe.
