Best tune Molly Hatchet ever did - "'Gator Country".

Nahh, their version of the Allman Bros. Dreams:

Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.

Cover, though I do agree Molly Hatchet did it better than the Allman Brothers. I would probably like it more if I hadn't heard it endlessly on every radio station in Virginia in the late 80's/early 90's.

Oh geesh, I wasn't saying POCO was the best concert I'd ever attended, was merely commenting on the posts directly above mine.

Couldn't really say what best was, would be comparing apples to oranges given the eclectic nature of my music tastes. Worst was Neil Young (also at the Fox), who sat on a stool for two hours and never looked up from his guitar.
I fell asleep.
What's wrong with POCO? Their "best of" album (the one with the horse graphic from their album "Legend") is probably my very favorite album of all time. Not a song on there I dislike and some are in my top ten. "Ghost town" for instance.
