Didn't they do this one on CSI?  They figured out that the deceased was smoking, died of natural causes, and set himself on fire.  The slow-burning fabric of his clothing combined with his body fat to create an extremely localized fire that burned up almost the whole corpse, but left the house virtually undamaged.

This girl might believe in spontaneous combustion. Poor kid should probably also avoid oceans, airplanes, open fields during storms, etc.
