History Channel website
« on: February 25, 2017, 12:22:00 AM »
I tried to go to the History Channel website to stream the latest episode of Six, but keep getting diverted to the Canadian version.  Anyone else had trouble getting onto the US site?

The History Channel was Trump-offended and actually followed through on its threat to move to Canada.

Hm.  New acronym: TO-ed.  Not unlike PO-ed.

PO-ed implies rational anger.  TO-ed implies fake or irrational anger over anything whatsoever that a Trump does, no matter how trivial.

WHATEVER YOUR DEFINITION OF "INFRINGE " IS, YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING IT.

Just tried and had no problems. Also started playing the latest episode just to make sure it wasn't video specific. All good.

Weird.  It is still diverting me.  To watch the episodes, you have to log in using your local cable company, but the only ones listed are Canadian.  Same thing happens on my wife's computer as well.

For kicks, you might want to try another browser.

Tried that, same result.   I did a Google search for History Channel, one of the entries enabled me to get to the US History Channel support page where I was able to send them a message.  Hopefully I will get a response.
