Cryogenic suspension until after the elections?
Top secret vice presidential stuff?
Maybe he's playing hide-and-seek but nobody's seeking?

I'm kinda missing hearing the usual stupid that comes out when he opens his mouf and wonderin just where and what he's up to.

He's been keeping a low profile for sure.  My take? distancing himself from the failings and scandals of the administration so he can be clean for a 2016 run.

Can anyone imagine the spittle flecked rage if this was a son of \INSERT NICKNAMES THAT ARE AGAINST THE APS RULES HERE? I'm sure it would get next to no news coverage.

I suspect that with Obama stepping in it with the VA scandal, the Bergdahl trade, and everything else, they're worried that Biden's motormouth could make things even worse.

This.  He'll claim he didn't even watch the nightly news to even know what scandals were coming out, much less be in any meetings where they were discussed.    I'm actually surprised that Obama didn't have ol' Joe head up a task force to "fix" the VA...
