Title: Anyone know of an FFL in MD who does cheap transfers?

Any information would be appreciated, as the list on GA is somewhat out of date.

Otto's in Glen Burnie is $30.00 (I think).  I've never bought anything from him, but have talked to him a few times and he seems like a decent enough guy.

There's also The Armory in Annapolis.  Not sure what he charges, but I just bought an STG58a off of him and wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.
