Another Reason to Eliminate Govt Unions

This kind of stuff just torques me off to no end. The IRS is not the only .gov agency that will be paying these "union negotiated, required by law" bonuses this year. It's ridiculous.

My sister was a school teacher in Nevada and last year they got a pay freeze/cut whatever, but they got a bonus that more than made up for the difference.  The whole system is messed up.
