There are online stores that sell music in lossless formats (as good as a WAV, but not so big), such as Windows Media Lossless, but none that do so sans DRM as far as I know. But with lossless, it's easy to burn it to a CD-RW, and re-rip it w/o DRM, with no loss of quality.
