Interesting, if sad, visual. The part about "shall" and "must" being repeated over a million times probably has the founding fathers spinning at high RPM.

I wonder about the federal regulations from 1850-1950 compares to 1950-present time?

I find it interesting that becoming a senior research fellow does not require the ability to enunciate . . .
