Na, they deserve Gitmo. But witty satire slapping about is as good as it gets these days.

It should be a crime for a government employee to knowingly violate the Constitution or rights of any American citizen. If they could be proven beyond reasonable doubt to have knowingly illegally infringed on the rights of any American, they should do time.

Counsel for the Accused's actual surname is "Justice", so Captain Justice is apt.  :D

 I believe it is. But no one ever seems to be charged or convicted or sent to jail. We have an amazing array of laws to protect the citizens from government abuse. But the government are the ones in charge of prosecuting...

 There are no consequences for government abuse of the citizenry, unless the guilty party is a political target for some reason.
